Her experience includes the management of portfolios of condo and single-family home communities and commercial centers, as well as dedicated site management. She uses this experience to help assist and guide her Boards for the betterment of their communities, and to ensure compliance with governing documents and state and federal laws. Her additional strengths include business development, financial planning and management, facility management, event/lifestyle planning, staff leadership, advanced problem-solving, and prioritization and execution of community projects. Kat holds a Supervising Community Manager license through the Nevada Real Estate Division. She also holds CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager), and NVEBP (Nevada Educated Business Partner) designations through CAI.

With over 35 years of customer service experience, Karen Basilotta brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Vice President at a leading community management company. Her background includes a strong foundation in banking, where she honed her skills in client relations, operations, and team coordination.

Karen is known for her strengths in business development, staff leadership, team management, and organizational efficiency. She is guided by the core values of integrity and loyalty, and she is driven by a desire to make a positive impact wherever she can.

Outside of work, Karen finds joy in scrambling up mountains, embracing both the challenge and the beauty of the outdoors. Her commitment to growth, both personal and professional, makes her a dedicated and inspiring presence in every community she serves.

Born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley, Ryan January brings a grounded and community-focused approach to the field of HOA management. With 14 years of experience across realty and legal administrative roles, Ryan’s working background and forward-thinking work ethic have honed his managerial skillset, making the concept of community management more approachable to everyday homeowners and more dynamic to association Board members. He brings a unique blend of professionalism and personality to the communities he serves as a licensed Community Manager through the Nevada Real Estate Division, and is also a member of the Nevada Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, as well as a member of it’s Community Outreach Committee.

When he’s not working alongside the team at AMG, Ryan can usually be found searching for CDs and vinyl records to add to his collection, or catching a movie at a drive-in or a theater. He is a music and film enthusiast, as well as a father of two fur children who keep him close to his own community. Ryan takes enormous pride in providing his best efforts to his hometown and to the communities he manages within it.

Ava is a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant committed to supporting efficient office operations and providing professional, responsive service to the communities the company manages. Ava strives to promote clear communication, strong organization, and positive working relationships within the organization and with homeowners. In her personal time, Ava enjoys appreciating the beauty of life.
