What are the payment options available for assessment payments?
Online Payments and Accessing the Portal: You will be able to make online payments using either e-check or credit cards. To make a payment, please go to https://amgrouplv.cincwebaxis.com. This website has been specifically designed to allow you the convenience of making your payments online and accessing your account information. On your first visit to the website, you will need to register. Simply click on the “Register” button and complete the information required. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by the management office, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about your community.
Online Recurring Payments: Our website also allows you to set up automatic recurring payments. To set up your recurring payments, log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link. On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring Credit Card link.
Lockbox Service: Make a payment using the statement/coupon book that has been sent to you directly to the association’s bank lockbox.
If you would like to pay your assessments using an online bill payment service or your personal bank’s online payment service, you may add the association as a payee. You can send in your payment to the association’s lockbox or to the management office.
Where can I order a resale package or demand?
Resale packages and demands can be ordered through CondoCerts. A link has been provided for your convenience under the portal tab.
How can I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the association’s portal or directly to the management team at customerservice@amgrouplv.com.
Is there an online portal to view my account balance and obtain association documents and forms?
Yes, The Association Management Group has partnered with Cinc Systems, to offer our residents an easier-to-use and more robust resident portal. Through this portal residents will be able to view documents, receive electronic delivery of association notices and mailers, see and pay your account balance, view and respond to violations, submit ARC requests, submit maintenance requests to the HOA, and more! How do I report an emergency after hours?
If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our office at 702-645-1210 and follow the prompts to report the emergency to a representative.
